Absolutely. We repair, replace, and install both traditional tank and modern tankless systems. We’ll help you decide what fits your home best based on usage, efficiency, and budget.
We sure can. We work directly with homeowners, builders, and contractors to ensure your remodel or new build plumbing is done right, cleanly, and up to code.
We proudly serve New Braunfels, Gruene, Canyon Lake, and the surrounding Hill Country communities. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our service area, give us a quick call — we’ll let you know right away.
Yes — Gruene Plumbing is a fully licensed and insured Texas plumbing company, led by a state-certified Master Plumber. You can trust that every job meets local codes and safety standards.
Slow drains are usually caused by buildup of grease, hair, or debris — but sometimes it’s a deeper issue like a clogged main line or root intrusion. You can try a safe enzyme-based cleaner, but if it happens often, it’s time to call us. We’ll clean it thoroughly and find the root cause.
That’s usually a simple fix — often a worn-out flapper, fill valve, or float issue. We can quickly repair it, stop the wasted water, and make sure it doesn’t return.
Yes, we do — but our emergency line is reserved for urgent issues that can’t wait, like major leaks, burst pipes, or gas odors. For all other plumbing needs, please schedule during normal business hours so we can serve everyone efficiently and safely.
You can call us directly at (512) 774-4072, email info@grueneplumbing.com, or fill out the contact form on our website. We’ll respond promptly and find a time that works for you.

Emergency Questions
An emergency is any situation that can cause damage or safety risks — like burst pipes, major leaks, sewage backups, or gas odors. If water or gas is running uncontrollably, call us right away.
Yes — our emergency line is open around the clock for urgent plumbing issues only. Please reserve after-hours calls for true emergencies so we can keep our team ready to respond when it matters most.
If possible, shut off your home’s main water valve and turn off your water heater to prevent damage. For gas smells, leave the house immediately and call your gas provider or 911 before contacting us.
We prioritize emergency calls first. In most cases around New Braunfels and the Hill Country, we can arrive within the hour depending on your location and current demand.
After-hours and emergency services may include an additional response fee due to the urgency and time of day — but we’ll always be upfront about pricing before we start any work.
If your issue isn’t urgent (like a slow drain or minor drip), please schedule during normal business hours. It helps us keep emergency crews available for serious situations.
